Im bought this phone on ebay. and I need reviews on the phone?

Its called a GSM Quad Band H08, touch screen. Its a at&t or t moble phone. They say its type is PDA (smart phone). It has a large screen with the numbers on the bottem. Its not a slider. Here are some of the specifics on it:
