Pda phone review

I’m looking for a touch (stylus pen) PDA that has GPS Navigation with Windows sync etc. and hand writing recognition - I have a 1 second memory (!!) so am constantly scribbling notes on whatever I can find (& promptly lose!) - I need organization for tasks, meetings, to do’s etc etc. HP iPAQ 614C ? or maybe the HTC Touch ? - or … ? ?? ? ? (that comes with windows software).
Please remember that I am in SOUTH AFRICA, so not as high tech or stocked as the US etc..! Many thanks, Cheers
